1. Shipping Destinations & Charges

We provide PAN-India delivery. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Local/Statewide: ₹60

Rest of India: ₹120

Note: Shipping charges may vary based on the weight of the parcel or specific remote locations.

2. Delivery Timeline

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

Metros & Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days

Other Regions: 5–7 Business Days

Remote Areas (North East, J&K, etc.): 7–10 Business Days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share the Tracking ID and the name of our courier partner (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express) via email or SMS. You can track your package directly on the courier’s website.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you offer COD, we recommend adding this:

An additional convenience fee of ₹50 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.

To avoid this fee, we encourage using prepaid payment methods.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect the package upon arrival. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. For internal damages, please record an unboxing video as proof to help us process your claim faster.
